我們常說一個人要拿得起，放得下，而在付諸行動時，“拿得起”容易，“放得下”卻難，所謂“放得下”，是指心理狀態，就是遇到“千斤重擔壓心頭”時能把心理上的重壓卸掉，使之輕松自如，生活中要做到事事順心，就要拿得起放得下，不愉快的事讓它過去，不放在心上，有得必有失，苦中藏著樂，樂中潛著苦。通悟了，也就不和自己較勁了，凡事盡力而為，結果順其自然。

經過我堅持不懈的努力，終于學會了包餃子。嘗到了親手包的餃子，我的內心無疑是美滋滋的。通過這一次的實踐，更讓我明白了一個道理，只要勤學肯干，“世上無難事，只要肯攀登”，“丑小鴨”也會變成“白天鵝”的！

“叮鈴鈴！”上課鈴響了。一聽到這個聲音，教室里立刻沸騰了。我們組也不例外。我小心翼翼地從塑料袋里拿出壽司，放在盒子上。薛旦寧也拿出她特地準備的水晶盤，輕輕放在桌子上，生怕一不小心摔破了。第一步先干什么呢？這可把大家給難倒了?！跋确盼业某茸影?！”這個方案得到了大家的一致認同?？墒呛脩虿婚L，新的問題又來了，圓圓的橙子在光溜溜的盤子上怎能立得穩？大家看著橙子一次又一次地歪倒在一邊，急得像熱鍋上的螞蟻——團團轉。最后，還是李思翰有辦法，用西蘭花在橙子四周圍了一個小圓圈，這下橙子再也不“隨風倒”了。橙子搞定之后，許愿又把一個個大課的西蘭花捏成許多細碎的屑屑頭，散落在水晶盤上，好像一片綠茵茵的草地，可漂亮了。然后，我選了8個形狀最好的壽司疊成城墻狀，圍在盤子邊緣，香噴噴的壽司把附近的同學都引來了，個個看得垂涎三尺。最后，我們又在盤子四周放了一圈橘子。大功告成！我們四個人簇擁著自己的杰作，將它端上了講臺。

30分鐘過去了，大家的拼盤也都差不多完工了，看著講臺上十幾盤色、味、形俱全的拼盤，真想撲上去吃個痛快。制作已近尾聲，接下來就是介紹了。大家給自己拼盤取的名字是五花八門，有“旭日東升”，有“年年有余”，有“黃金萬兩”，還有“笑口常開”……每個名字都有深刻的含義，耐人尋味。代表們生動活潑的介紹也時常引得大家哈哈大笑。

最后一輪，也是大家最喜愛的一輪，就是美食品嘗了。老師話音剛落，同學們就早已按耐不住激動的心情，立刻走下位置，到處去“蹭飯”，準備大飽口福，教室里一片沸騰。我們組的壽司似乎特別收歡迎，我和許愿剛把盤子放穩，一大群同學就圍在桌邊，不過幾秒，壽司就被一搶而光，一群人只好掃興地離去。壽司吃完后，貪吃的同學們似乎還沒有滿足，橘子和橙子也很快被消滅了，盤子里只剩下綠油油的一大片西蘭花?？粗覀兘M的拼盤這么受大家歡迎，心里有說不出的高興。

這次快樂的實踐活動在大家的歡笑聲中結束了，而開心和自豪卻給我們吞進了肚里，慢慢回味。

期中考完試以后，我的心就像陰天一樣，愁眉不展：最后要宣布成績了，我的心撲通撲通跳個不停，該不會考砸吧！

我暈暈乎乎的聽到老師宣布：侯翔，語文95。5、數學94、英語69（滿分70）、科學98，我的心里有苦有甜：苦的就是，自我的基礎還就是不扎實，而且老也改不掉粗心的毛病，有好多題都就是因為粗心做錯了，我以后必須要想法克服粗心，認真學習，爭取做的更好；甜的就是，雖然我有一些小問題，但四門加起來，還就是全班第一，但我不能驕傲，俗語說的好：學海無涯苦作舟。

我十分期盼社會成績，我的心像云里霧罩一樣，七上八下，只恐社會成績把別的分拉下去，我好恐懼??！

最后社會成績宣布了，我考了95分，排行下來我還就是全班第一。雖然這次就是全班第一，可我明白，我以后的學習任務會更重，競爭對手很多，稍有疏忽，就會被別人把我甩掉的！在學習上，我的缺點還很多，我務必改掉所有缺點，認真努力學習，然后爭取以后做的更好！
