為加強無線電管理，整頓和維護空中電波秩序，根據《xxx無線電管理條例》、《xxx刑法》、《無線電管理處罰規定》和國家有關法律、法規規定，決定對我省境內設置、使用無線電臺（站）和研制、生產、進口、銷售無線電設備情況進行清理整頓，現將有關事宜通告如下：
一、清理整頓范圍：凡在我省境內除軍事系統外，設置、使用的各類無線電臺（站）以及研制、研制、生產、進口、銷售無線電設備的單位和個人。
二、設置、使用無線電臺（站），必須事先提出書面申請，到相應的無線電管理機關辦理涉臺審批手續，在規定時間內領取xxx無線電臺執照。未取得無線電臺執照或有手續不全而使用的，均屬違法，按擅自設置、使用進行處罰。
三、任何單位和個人未經國家、省、市無線電管理機關批準，不得擅自轉讓無線電頻率。禁止出租或者便向出租以及擅自以頻率作為投資同他人合作進行經營活動；不得擅自使用未經批準的無線電頻率；無線電頻率使用期滿，需繼續使用的，必須到原批準機關辦理續用手續。
設置、使用各類無線電發射設備，必須按照國家規定按時、足額繳納無線電頻率占用費，預期半年未繳納的，將采取設施，收回頻率，所造成的一切后果自負。
四、不得隨意變更無線電管理機關核定的無線電頻率、電臺呼號、名稱、臺址、服務范圍、通信對象、發射功率等設臺資料申報項目和有關技術參數，確需變更的，必須在xx日內向原批準機關辦理變更手續。
設臺單位或個人由于轉制重組、破產等原因更換臺站名稱，現設臺單位或個人必須在xx日內到原設臺批準機關辦理更名手續。
各類無線電臺（站）發射設備因故停用、撤銷、報廢和設備老化、損壞、丟失，無法繼續使用的，使用單位必須在xx日內到原批準機關辦理相關手續。
五、企業研制、生產、銷售無線電發射設備（含微功率短距離無線電設備），必須符合國家技術標準和有關規定。進行實效發射試驗時，必須經無線電管理機關批準，辦理臨時設臺手續。
進口無線電發射設備的頻率、頻段和有關技術指標必須符合國家規定，報國家或者無線電管理機關批準。
六、設置、使用無線電臺（站），一經批準、注冊，即為合法設臺，任何單位和個人都無權擅自進行無線電臺發射設備的買賣。
無線尋呼臺的聯系、兼并、轉讓、買賣，必須經原批準機關同意，辦理相關手續，不得非法交易，造成嚴重后果者的，由非法交易雙方承擔全部責任。
七、任何單位和個人都不得銷售和使用不符合國家技術標準的大功率無繩電話、無線話筒及其他無線電設備，對繼續銷售和使用，干擾其他正常無線電業務的，一經發現，要堅持予以取締，沒收一切設備。
八、加強對xxx三高xxx（高山、高樓、高塔）設臺的管理。凡在xxx三高xxx地點設臺必須經無線電管理機關批準，產權單位應予以監督。有關xxx三高xxx設臺的管理規定，將另行通告。
凡違反上述通告精神的，在此通告公布之日起xx日內，必須到相應的無線電管理機關辦理相關手續或說明情況。xx日內仍未辦理，也不說明情況的，將依據國家有關規定進行處理，情節嚴重的，予以查封或沒收設備，并處以罰款或吊銷其電臺執照。干擾正常無線電通信，造成嚴重后果的，按《xxx刑法》第二百八十八條之規定，提請司法機關追究其刑事責任。
為了保證合法無線電臺（站）的正當權益，省、市無線電管理機關將在全省開展長期的無線電稽查工作，望社會各界給予大力支持和協助，一旦發現違法行為，請及時向省無線電管理委員會辦公室法規稽查部門舉報。舉報電話：xxxxxxxx.
