一、日文書信格式日語書信通常由“開頭”、“正文”、“結尾”三個部分組成。開頭部分主要由“拝啟”、天氣方面的寒暄語和安康方面的寒暄語構成。“拝啟”通常寫在第一行，前面不空格。但賀年卡、問安、慰問、吊唁等信函不用。但是開頭用“拝啟”這種格式給人一種拘泥、古板的感覺。近年來許多年輕人追求輕松、簡約的書信風格將“拝啟”省去不用。接在“拝啟”之后的是有關天氣方面的寒暄語；天氣的寒暄語之后是詢問對方和報告己方安康的客套話；除此之外根據情況還可以寫些感謝和致歉的寒暄語。由于繁忙等原因，有時可以不寫開頭而直接進入正文。此時需要寫上?前略」、?前略失禮いたします」等書信專用詞語。正文的傳統寫法通常時借助于「さて」、「ところで」、「つきましては」、?早速ですが」、「実は」等書信專用詞進入正文。其中最為常用的是「さて」，其作用的是告訴收信人，信由此進入實質性內容的講述。正文是一封信的核心部分，用詞要誠懇、親切、明白易懂。如果給長輩、上級寫信，要用尊敬語與自謙語。如果是給朋友寫信，可使用輕松自然的口語體文章。結尾主要是祝對方身體健康、生活幸福及請對方轉達問候等寒暄語。如果前文中有“拝啟”、“拝復”的話結尾應該用“敬具”與之對應。書信中每個自然段開頭要空一格，信末記得要寫收信人的名字、寄信人的名字和日期。二、日文信封格式日語信封有直式（豎式）信封和橫式信封兩種。1、直式（豎式）信封的寫法信封右上方是收信人的郵政編碼。寫收信人的地址時，若一行寫不下可另起一行，但應比前一行低一格。收信人的姓名則應寫在信封的正中間，且字體應比地址的字體大。信封背面正中偏右下方則寫寄信人的地址；偏左下方寫寄信人的姓名。寄信人的郵政編碼橫寫在寄信人地址的上面，單獨占一行，而寄信的日期則寫在左上方。2、橫式信封寫法現代日本青年突破了傳統的日本豎式信封，多喜歡用橫式。信封正面只寫收信人的郵政編碼、地址和姓名。姓名要寫在信封正中，字體要比地址大。而信封背面則寫寄信人的地址和姓名。寄信人的地址和姓名要寫在信封背面三分之二高度以下位置。寄信日期寫在背面上方。封口處可寫上一個“封”字，或者畫一個符號“〆”。

日本信的寫法：

1、開頭語與結尾語：開頭語與結尾語往往是一起使用的，但是，在賀年卡和夏季賀卡中，一般不用結尾語。(夏季賀卡是指盛夏季節，寄出問候健康的明信片)。

2、前述：以“時令的寒暄→平安與否的寒暄→感謝的言詞”為順序。

3、正文：以“さて”、“ところで”等詞進入主題，用“つきましては”等詞語進而明確地表示寫信的目的。

4、結尾語：在結尾前做個收尾，寫上類似“今后的拜托、祈愿對方平安無事、為自己字跡潦草而感到抱歉”等諸如此類的客套話結尾。

信是用筆和紙與某個特定的對象進行交談的工具。這是一種能和無論相隔多遠的人，只要自己喜歡、無論何時都可交流的十分方便的方法。而且，面對面時難于敘述，口頭表達容易造成誤解的事，如采用書信方式，就能整理自己的想法，很好地寫出并想對方傳達自己想說的 事。信已成為與我們的日常生活密不可分又十分重要的一個組成部分。

信有正文中所述的貿易書信類的實用書信和日常書信兩種。寫日常書信有如下要領。

1.把對方當作就在眼前，應誠實，禮貌并充滿熱情。

2.書信盡管沒有一個統一的格式，但有一定的規矩。因此，應該遵守這些規矩。

3.為不給對方或對方的家屬造成失禮，應十分注意措辭（尤其是敬語和尊稱的用法）

4.不寫時候可能會收回或后悔的事。

5.注意不要錯過應該寄出的時間。復信，感謝信應馬上寄發。但對于有傷害對方、使對方不愉快內容的信、應待幾天冷靜下來后再寫回信。

6.在落筆寫信之前應認真思考要寫的內容，寫完后務必再讀一遍，做必要的訂正。

7.正確、簡潔地寫清你要說的事情。

8.注意用字、用語，并杜絕錯字、漏字或別字。尤其應該準確書寫自己和對方的住址和姓名。

9.無論哪一類信件，都應寫明日期。

10.用對方寄來的往返明信片復信時，應去掉對方給自己加的“御、貴、芳、ご、お”等尊稱，并去掉對方收件人名下的“行”字，將其改寫成“様”（收件人為個人時）、“御中”（收件人為團體時）。

11.不能在同一信封捏夾入寫給不同對象的信，也不能在寫給身份或地位比自己高的人的信中要求給他人傳話。

12.不能使用稿紙或小紙片、彩色筆（尤其是紅色筆）書寫。貼郵票時注意不能將收信人姓名、地址蓋住。
